Jessica Biel revealed insights about how Justin Timberlake proposed to her in 2011 just months before they celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary
Justin Timberlake desired to love Jessica Biel indefinitely.
The Candy actress, 40, told how the “Can’t Stop the Feeling” singer, 41, proposed to her in an unexpected fashion months before the couple’s 10th wedding anniversary.
“It was delightful, pleasant, and unexpected. I had no idea it was going to happen, “Biel revealed during a May 12 interview on James Corden’s Late Late Show. “We were in Montana at the time, on a piece of land we owned. We had spent the entire day snowboarding. It was the dead of winter at the time. Snow up to the waist. We were dressed entirely in snowboarding gear—hats, gloves, the everything.”
“All of a sudden, he gets down on his knees and falls into the snow,” Biel remembered, “and then he looks up at me and holds up this ring, and it was the most lovely, surprise, hilarious…”
“You had no idea it was coming?” said host James Corden, to which she replied, “No.”
The host of the talk programme then stated that it was “”That is not a decision I would make,” Timberlake remarked of going skiing with a ring in his pocket. That can only go wrong.”
Despite the fact that the former *NSYNC singer sank in the snow, the timing of the proposal presented a challenge for Biel, who was wearing large gloves at the time. The 7th Heaven alum, on the other hand, believed the incident demonstrated his “assurance.”
Biel and Timberlake, who have two sons, Silas, 7, and Phineas, 21 months, are due to celebrate ten years of marriage in October after marrying in a spectacular Italian wedding.
Biel expressed her views about the looming milestone last month.
In an April interview with Access Hollywood, she said, “Sometimes I feel like 10 years has just flown by in the blink of an eye, and other times I feel like, ‘Oh my gosh, 10 years, that’s a really important portion of someone’s life.” “I’m just incredibly pleased with it.”
Though she and Timberlake have had their “ups and downs like everyone else,” the Sinner actress says she is “very proud of it and I’m still the happiest and loving my life.”
